data dictionary

Table name

Names of anything e.g. xbox one sales. The unique name of every table in the database.

Field name

A single piece of data about someone or something. List of every field name in the database.

Data type

 The data type allocated for a particular field for example, Text, numbers, currency, date\time, logical e.g. yes and no, auto number.

Field length

The number of characters that have been allocated for storing data in that field

Default value of field

What will automatically appear in the field of any new record.

Field validation

Presence checks, lookup, range check, picture check which appear to a field.

keys

The primary key and foreign key for each table

Relationship

One-to-many

indexes

any field that has been indexed to improve searches

Access rights

i.e. who can change/edit/modify/read only.
